SANTA CLARA, Calif. – Nov. 11, 2011 – Aeria Games, a leading global publisher of free-to-play online games, has just released one of the biggest content patches for its popular MMORPG, Last Chaos.

The new content patch is the largest since 2009, and allows players to access a new zone as part of the level cap raise from 165 to 175. This massive content patch also comes with a re-imagined dungeon, an increased skill level and new gear.

New content included in this content patch:

New Zone – The new zone, "Tarian, the frozen Tundra,” is open to players who are at or near the level cap. This new zone contains monsters all the way up to level 175 and is in a snow map that prominently features a frozen lake, a dark tower and several new and re-imagined monsters.
Level Cap Raise – Players can now level up from 165 to 175, the first level cap raise since 2009. The level cap increase comes complete with new gear, new monsters, extended skills, new quests, and a brand new zone.
Re-Imagined Dungeons – Visit the "Temple of Forgetfulness,” a re-imagined dungeon with many new features. The Temple now includes a time attack zone, a treasure hunt, a new boss and several new monsters.
Increased Skill Level – The addition of an extra level and a corresponding upgrade in power allows players to increase their skill levels.
New Gear – Brand new sets of gear will provide more power to players. Players must level up in order to get access to the new gear.

News:
1. Thanks to everybody for your patience. We are working very closely with the developers to fix some of the biggest bugs and issues confronting the Last Chaos community. Every week we will be rolling out new fixes and working behind the scenes to ensure that you have the best gaming experience that we can deliver.

Some of you have gone out of your way to let me know which fixes you feel are the most needed. I really appreciate this but have not been able to respond to everyone. Look for me to start soliciting everyone's ideas once we have made more progress addressing these problems.

Updates:
1. You can sell healing potions again!
2. The Guild Finance Controller is back!
3. Selling Cap. From now on, you will only be able to sell 500 of any particular item in one transaction. If you try to sell more, the game will cancel your sale.
4. Inventory Cap. This won't affect many people but from now on, the most of any item (except gold) that you can carry in your inventory at once is 40,000. So, if you are carrying 40,000 gold tokens (because you really love Laca Ball), you won't be able to carry any more in your inventory.
5. Inventory Cap Issue. This shouldn't affect anybody, but here is a warning just in case. If you withdraw enough items from your warehouse so that you would have more than 40,000 of an item (not including gold) in your inventory, your game will crash and your items will be deleted! Don't say I didn't warn you. If you do not heed this warning and lose everything, submit an RT we will try and restore your items. However, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to restore all of your items.

A brand new dungeon has been discovered in the world of Iris! A mysterious woman has appeared in Egeha, offering adventurers the chance to explore this cursed dungeon. As the challenges within this dungeon are great, only Fellowships are allowed to enter. Those brave enough to take on Akan Temple will face fierce new monsters spawned from a dark realm. Those willing to face these new terrors may be rewarded with special new armor and other tantalizing treasures!

1. The World Cup Event is over! We hope you enjoyed the costumes and the free prizes!

2. The Independence Day event begins! Look out for Stars, Stripes and Uncle Sam Hats to be dropped from mobs!

Updates:
1. The Socket System is here! Check the Guide Page for details on this new system, the Comments Thread to offer feedback and the Bug Thread to post any issues you find. We hope sure you enjoy the new system!

2. The LacaRette System is another new system we’re unveiling. Check the Starter Guide to learn how to take advantage of this fun new system! Please let us know if you find any Bugs or have any Comments.

3. The Costume II System will also be released with this patch. Check the Info Thread to learn more about the system and how to use it. Please let us know if you find any Bugs or have any Comments.

4. Titan Bug Fixes! We know it has been a long time coming but they are finally here! The reported issues with the Titan skills not working properly have been fixed! These fixes specifically correct issues with the Tyrant Skill, Warmaster Spin Chop Skill and the Concentrate Attack Skill.

5. Other minor backend fixes have been made and the weight on a number of different items has been removed. The items that should now have zero weight are:
Platinum Blessed Iris, Blessed Iris, Candy, Experience Scroll, Effort Scroll, Lucky Scroll, Physical Attack Mineral, Magical Attack Mineral, Physical Defense Mineral, Magical Defense Mineral, Great HP Potions, Great MP Potions and Tool Aids.

New Item Mall Updates:
1. Most of the new LacaRette and Socket System Items are now on the Featured section with the previously Featured Items now being move to Popular.

2. A small number of C2 costumes have been added to the Web Mall. Titans and Nightshadows will not have Western costumes but check back again soon..
