All of the above! Basically, any time you see an opportunity to learn more about your cuoetmsrs, take it.If a survey makes sense, do that. If you have a chance to meet some folks in person, go for it. Maybe you have a few phone numbers—call people up and get to know them. Or, feel free to randomly email cuoetmsrs from time to time to get personal feedback. Anything goes!And amount of feedback doesn't matter nearly as much as the quality of it. If you don't get a lot of responses from people at first, that's okay because the people that *did* respond are the ones that are really paying attention to your business and are the ones you want to give your attention to, also. So, their opinions are the most valuable. If you listen to them, you'll attract more people like them. Then, you won't have the not enough feedback problem anymore.
